Not much significance can be seen with Kiba's usual clothing. He's always seen wearing a grey jacket; spiked furs around the hoops of the sleeve and the hood as well. At first glance, you'd think that the fur was his hair (I'd thought so). In all actuality, his hair is spiky-short and brown, the style strikingly simiar to Naruto. Since the hood is almost always over his head, you cannot see his Leaf Headband. He wears a black capris-like pants, the kunai hoist around his right thigh and your usual ninja scandals.
Feature-wise, his most distinguishing feature are his eyes; they're slitted like that of a dog's (no surprise here, really) -- making him and Shikamaru the only two boys with lazily simple drawn eyes. Also, his cheeks are imprinted with tribal-like red face-paint, and it's also seen on his mother and sister. That said, it's safe to assume that it marks off a member of the Inuzuka Clan.
