Most of my prespective on this pairing is thoroughly platonic. However, this is also one of the most popular pairings of Kiba on the net, so I'll brief on this. Now, if anything, this couple would be considered a love/hate type of thing. Kiba and Shino does respect eachother, even if not-so-clearly, but it undeniably exists. They have an occasional morning walk together (which I'm very surprised of; I expected him to walk with Hinata, to be honest). They're very casual with eachother, though, as much as they seem to be rivals. That's what I like about them. Symbolically, Kiba represents a dog (haha), and Shino represents bugs. Speaking technically, they should hate eachother, but they're pretty friendly to eachother. So, on a scale, I give him a 65%!!
